In 1979, Shri Harkishanbhai of Gondal, Shri Nathubhai, Shri Nanubhai of Rajkot, Shri Champakbhai, Shri Vajubhai of Junagadh and all brothers of Damani - Dhedhi Parivar met at Shri Nanubhai’s  residence to work on the project of redevelopment of Pu. Pragabapa’s Mandir.  Everybody shared the same opinion of redeveloping the Mandir. Together they purchase the land, collected funds, registered the trust and helped in the construction work. They also decided to hold Havan conferences which lead to the Damani - Dedhi Parivar to visit Jamka for darshan, hence tying the family into one single bond of love and affection.

 

Serving as a secretary he gave information to members by correspondence which immensely helped in the Mandir project. His loyalty, continuous awareness, positive attitude and financial contributions were of great help to the project. He proved to be of great help by forming a separate trust to help the members of Damani - Dedhi Parivar grow educationally and medically. He is a native of Bhutadi (Dt. Visavadar).  He inherited cultural and religious attributes from his parents. He completed his education up to S.S.C. in Visavadar & Wadiya in Pu. Tapasvi Manekchandraji M. S. Jain Vidyalaya.  His religious knowledge grew and developed in Wadiya Vidyalaya.

 

Having a huge family his financial situation was very ordinary and hence to lend a helping hand to his father he undertook a government job in Veraval. He commenced his education in Somnath College in Veraval. With his hard work he graduated in M.Com. and he then left the job. He wished to be a C.A. but having other responsibilities he joined educational field in the year 1973. He served as the Head of the Department and as the Principal in Junagadh College of Commerce till the year 2006. During his service tenure he contributed in the development of the society hence setting an excellent example to  society. He served in all the trusts he is a part of honestly, whole heartedly and financially. 

 

He proved to be of great  help in the development of the following trusts:

 

  1. Shri Sthanik Jain Sangh – President for 15 years
  2. Shri Gondal Sampradaya Sadhu-Sadhvi Saurakshan Samiti (Gujarat-Maharashtra) -    Member for 8 years:
  3. Shri Dashashrimali Wadi – Junagadh  - Ex-Secretary for 3 years
  4. Shri Dashashrimali  Jain Kanya Chhatralaya – Founder Secretary since 25 years.
  5. Shri Dashashrimali Vanik  Vidyarthi Bhuvan- Junagadh – Trustee since 12 years.
  6. Navkar Charitable Trust – Junagadh – President since 15 years.(This Trust helps the needful families every month by giving medical and educational help. In villages it constructs  ‘Upashraya’ and dedicates to village societies.)
  7. Shri Kapurben – Shantaben charitable Trust – Junagadh -  President since 25 years (For medical and financial help)
  8. Junagadh Panjrapol – Ex-President for 4 years

 

Under Shri Arihant Charitable Trust, he is establishing Junagadh Sarvajanik Hospital, Jain Atithigruh, a Community Hall and construction of an Upashray. He is serving with Shri Nathubhai in Shree Damani Dhedhi Charitable Trust  by rendering his services honestly.

 

In above trusts and Sansthas he gave selfless service and this has always been the motto of his life.

 

In all above work, he got full co-operation of his wife Smt. Ranjanaben, sons Jatin and Hardik, younger brothers  Shri Manubhai, Shri Kishorbhai,  Shri Shashibhai and Shri Tarunbhai.
