Since 1999, he has always remained highly concerned and was always engrossed in the development activities of the Mandir and the Damani-Dhedhi Parivar. He has always been attentive to the minutest details and has always been very informative in his guidance. His glorious contribution in the construction of Nagardas Vallabhji Damani Hall is unforgettable. He is one of the true inspirations to the donors of Pu. Pragabapa’s  Mandir. He and his family contributed to form a separate Trust for medical and educational help to Shri Damani - Dhedhi Parivar. He has a high spirit and wishes for the progress of the Damani – Dhedhi family members.

 

Shri Gunvantbhai has ignited the flame of service and spread the fragrance to all the family.  He is an invaluable jewel of the Damani - Dhedhi family. He left his hometown Dhari at a very young age and earned a living in Chennai and established Swastik Cycle Company and simultaneously also started a lottery company. Being a very keen observer, excellent decision maker and gaining experience with partners he started various business like real estate, tourism, hotel industry, finance, diamond jewelry, information technology, dyes - chemicals, ware housing, departmental store and along with which he has also developed his foreign business. He owns business in three mega cities with the name Sugal – Damani Group.

 

Honesty is his only Motto.

 

Being a successful business tycoon he lends a major part of his earnings towards donations and charities. He is the Founder Trustee of many Trusts which help in the development of education, health, social service and more. He is the Founder Trustee of Bhagwan Mahaveer Foundation Trust. He has joined hands with Madras Cancer Institute, Netralaya and Voluntarily Health Services Hospital. He is also connected with the Empathy Foundation for the modernization of educational system which works towards the progress of the schools in rural Maharashtra. Under the guidance of Pu. Chandanaji he helped considerably during the earthquake in Kutch – Gujarat.

 

He receives constant help from his wife Smt. Mitaben & younger brother Shri Rameshbhai.
