He believes that the growth and development of life gets obstructed by unwanted talks. He completed his primary and secondary education from his hometown Songadh of Pu. Kanji swami. He graduated in B.A. from Shri Swaminarayan Arts college and LL.B. in Gujarat University. He got experience by working in various companies at Ahmedabad, but with the zeal of wanting to do something specific in life he started his practice as an advocate in the year 1981.

He started his work on a very small scale with a table space of 2’ X  3’ in his friend’s office. He progressed and expanded his practice to a very high level and at present has a modernized huge office in the Navrangpura area of Ahmedabad. His company “Damanis” corporate house only takes care of documents related to land. He has a branch office in Baroda and is shortly opening a huge “Damanis” office of 7000 sq. ft. with his ownership.

He is well known as a cricketer, Gujarati shayar, author and as an announcer. He helps the needy and gives lectures on Religious Philosophy, Gandhi Ideology and subjects related to society. He is the editor of a quarterly magazine “Jagrut Nagrik” which provokes awakening among the public. He has published 2 novels titled ‘Nimmit’ and ‘Falit’. He also published a book titled “Je Raah Jue Te Maa” which is a conversation through letters between him and his mother in heaven and an autobiography ‘Kefiyat’.

He conducts various competitions and flag hoisting ceremony on every 26^th January and 15^th August to encourage and awaken the spirit of nationality amongst children and also to celebrate national festivals. He modernized the library in Songadh so as to return the debt to nation. He is constructing another ‘Gandhi Mandir’ in Valukad near Palitana.

He not only works hard in reaching his goals but also achieves them.

A few years back he attended a function and presented his ideas of social services. He is an active trustee of Damani - Dhedhi family which works towards the development of education and medical help and his contributions towards the educational development are incomparable.

His son Shri Kiratbhai helps him in his advocacy profession and is a graduate in Bachelors of Commerce and Law.

Shri Kiratbhai has played 50 Ranji Trophy and 40 One-Day cricket matches and also  served as a captain in Ranji Trophy. He was also a captain in Gujarat University Cricket Team.

Both father and  son share a common interest of serving the society and helping others.
