He is the most outstanding & renowned person who put in a lot of effort in making his family a renowned one too. He was like a jewel in the Damani – Dhedhi Parivar.

In 1977, before the re-establishment of the Mandir he met Shri Maganbhai, an elder member of the Parivar, to lend a supporting hand to finish the work at the earliest.

After the first meeting, Late Shri Chaman Kaka remained in regular contact and offered his unfailing guidance and financial help from London.

Every year, when he used to come to India, first he would go for darshan to Jamka and then involve himself in other activities. Shri Maganbhai and Shri Chaman Kaka have unbreakable faith in Pu. Pragabapa. Even in his old age he was in high spirits to do something extraordinary for society. Right from the beginning his contributions remain inspiring. When at Jamka, he always provided lunch to village children.

His duty and spirit of working will always be remembered…

In London too his service to VaniK community always stayed ahead. He gave donations to Pancheshwar Sarvajanik Hospital in Rajkot and Hatkesh Hospital in Junagadh. He provided a drinking water facility in Junagadh General Hospital & donated an ambulance van for “Satyam Seva Mandal”.  Apart from this, he donated to many such social service Trusts.

A Dental Department is commenced in his name in Jetpur Panchamiya Hospital. He is a special donor in the bhojanalaya of “Vadil Vandana” (an old age Home) in Vadal near Junagadh.

Although he is not with us today, his help, support and generosity will always be remembered forever.
